Who this is for

Atlas OS is a business operating system used by the organisations that run on it, their employees and their authorised suppliers. It is not a consumer product and there is no public sign-up — accounts are created by each organisation's own administrators. Each organisation owns its business data; Atlas OS runs the software on its behalf.

What we collect

  • Account data — your work email, display name, role and the portals/permissions granted to you.
  • Business records — the purchase, inventory, quality, logistics, planning, sales and finance data you view or enter, mirrored from your organisation's ERP system.
  • Content you submit — comments, tasks, approvals, remarks, and files or photos you upload (for example inspection photos, commercial invoices, quotations).
  • Technical data — sign-in session cookies, and, if you enable notifications, a push token for your device.

What we do NOT collect

We do not collect location data, contacts, advertising identifiers, health data or biometrics. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, we do not profile you, and we never sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising.

Camera and photos

The app requests camera and photo-library access only so you can attach photographs to inspection, dispatch and quality records. Images are uploaded to your organisation's own storage and are visible only to authorised colleagues. The app does not access your photo library in the background or read images you have not explicitly chosen.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, we store a device push token to alert you about approvals, mentions, messages and calls. You can revoke this at any time in your device settings.

How data is used

Data is used solely to operate the application for your organisation's internal business: showing you your work, routing approvals and tasks, and keeping an audit trail of business actions. Access is restricted by role and permission, and business records remain the property of your organisation. Each organisation's data is kept in its own separate environment.

Storage, retention and security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS). Business records are retained per your organisation's record-keeping requirements. Access requires authentication, and permissions are administered by your organisation.

Your choices

Because accounts are issued by your organisation, requests to access, correct or delete your personal data — or to close your account — can be made to your organisation's administrator or to the contact below (see Account & data deletion). Revoking camera or notification permission is done in your device settings and does not affect the rest of the app.

Children

Atlas OS is a workplace tool and is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update this page and the date above.
